Fassbrause is a traditional Berlin soft drink with a light malt-grain base, often fruit-flavoured. Despite the name ('barrel fizz'), it contains no alcohol. A retro Berlin favourite, made famous by the Berliner Kindl brewery and now sold nationwide.
