Gesprächsprotokoll (n) is the written record of a conversation or meeting — minutes that capture what was said by whom. In legal, business, and diplomatic contexts it carries evidential weight. 'Das Gesprächsprotokoll wurde von allen Parteien unterschrieben' (The minutes were signed by all parties).
