Usage Note

Ausweichroute is a pre-planned or spontaneously chosen alternative path to avoid an obstacle, jam or closure. Navigation apps suggest an Ausweichroute when they detect congestion; it differs from the official Umleitung (diversion sign) in being user-selected.
