Haferflockenmilch (usually shortened to Hafermilch in everyday speech) is feminine: die Hafermilch. A plant-based milk alternative that became mainstream in Germany around 2017–2020. Popular in coffee. The EU restricts the term 'milk' for plant alternatives.
