Usage Note

Kokoswasser is the clear, naturally sweet liquid from young green coconuts. Distinct from Kokosmilch (coconut milk). Rich in electrolytes, it is marketed as a natural sports drink in Germany. Sold fresh and in cartons at supermarkets.
