Usage Note
Spielanleitung is the written instruction booklet included with a board or card game. Die Spielanleitung lesen (to read the instructions) before starting is a common activity. Often shortened to Anleitung. Die Spielanleitung verlegen (to misplace the rulebook) is a familiar domestic problem.
