Usage Note
überall combines über ('over') with all ('all') and means 'everywhere'. Its opposite is nirgendwo or nirgends ('nowhere'). The stress falls on the final syllable, unlike the prefix über in most compounds.
Examples

Natural Translation
I am looking everywhere for the key.

I search everywhere for the key.
