Usage Note

Schwarztee is fully oxidised tea, the classic of northern Germany, especially in East Frisia (Ostfriesland), where the Ostfriesentee ritual with rock candy (Kluntje) and cream is a protected cultural tradition. Also the basis of Eistee (iced tea).
